A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday after a recent announcement of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.
The Kennedy Library Announces the Passing
The sad news was confirmed in a social media post by the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”
Understanding the Condition
Within a personal essay in November, Schlossberg revealed that she had been suffering from AML, a form of leukemia with a uncommon variant.
This form of cancer is a cancer that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
The family is seeking space as they grieve.
